A 1942 musician's cottage, completely revitalized, that still feels like someone's home, because it is.
This is a whole home rental. Three bedrooms, one full bath with a tub and shower, a full kitchen with granite countertops, a bean grinder, whole bean coffee, and olive oil already waiting on the counter, a dining room where the piano lives, a living room with a decorative fireplace and TV, and a walk-up attic loft with exposed brick, sloped ceilings, and its own cozy sleeping and sitting area. We are Joy and Eric. We live two doors down. We host people the way we would want to be hosted: with real linens, a stocked kitchen, a fast WiFi connection for when you need to work, and actual responsiveness when something comes up. The Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts, LeBauer Park, the International Civil Rights Center and Museum, and the Greensboro Coliseum are all within a few miles. The Greensboro Amtrak Station is about three miles away. UNCG and NC A&T are both under ten minutes. And the GTA public transit bus stop is a ten-minute walk on Wendover.
