Equal Regulation for All Housing Providers - Protect Homeowner Rights and Address Conflict of Interest

On July 9, 2024, I applied and paid for Short Term Rental Permits for all properties we rent for less than 30 days. Although Greensboro's City Council passed regulations affecting short-term rentals, I continue to advocate for equal treatment of all housing providers.
